Rehabilitation Consultant (Rehab Counsellor & Psychologists)

* Strong communication and report writing skills, with a client-centred approach
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
* Up to 8+ additional days per year, hybrid working, and industry-leading incentives
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree - completed 5th year)
* AHPRA or ASORC registration
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Proud of strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The Role

Our Rehab Consultants facilitate the return-to-work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

* Conduct assessments and guide individuals facing sudden changes in circumstances to reach new career goals
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges and educate employers on the benefits of a healthy work environment
