The role – Technical Support Officer
The technical support officer will provide services including final approval of scopes and associated material/subcontractor inputs at the back of the strip and assess process.
Preparing condition reports to ensure they align with the strip and assess scopes.
Providing workshop technical support on workmanship methodologies, general hydraulic troubleshooting, and training across all trades.
The role involves preparing technical assessment documentation for all warranty-related works and participating in rework activities upon request by the workshop manager.
The role collaborates with customers and sales on production-based matters as required, providing final QA to ensure work compliance with scope and PHN policies and procedures.
This is a productive role, with all time accounted for on production-based works.
The role involves time spent both in the office and in the workshop, focusing on reviewing the testing of all works.
The role reports to the workshop manager and does not have any direct reports.
