Quality Manager – Project
Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Join Honeywell as a Quality Manager for Projects, ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards. You will lead quality assurance initiatives, implement quality control processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure project compliance with Honeywell internal procedures and partner with Finance, Procurement, and HSE functions.
- Ensure compliance with service contract obligations.
- Review and update key operating term documentation across all service sites.
- Minimise operational and abatement risks associated with contract compliance.
- Review and consolidate common site activities to drive efficiencies and productivity.
- Establish and maintain detailed risk registers for all sites.
- Site/contract audits and corrective actions management.
- Performance management reporting.
- Train and support contract teams to maximise efficiency, ensure compliance and minimise risk.
- Support mobilisation of new contracts.
- Produce regular risk and chance reports for multiple stakeholders.
- Manage and promote Health, Safety, and Environmental obligations and initiatives.
- Support team to deliver financial and contractual commitments.
- Attend client meetings and sites as required.
- Drive culture of compliance across all sites.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar or relevant environment with exposure to complex multi‑stakeholder contracts.
- Business, auditing, or equivalent compliance management experience.
- ERP, Microsoft Office, and project software proficiency.
- Commercial issues management experience including finance, risk management, compliance, and contract law.
- Exceptional staff management, influencing, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to prepare business cases, influence outcomes, and brief legal action.
- Solid customer relation skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience in continuous improvement and quality accredited environments.
- Appropriate security clearance for customer sites.
