Chapter Lead - Full-Stack, Capture & Workflow

About the role
As a Chapter Lead (Full-Stack, Capture & Workflow), you are responsible for developing world-class capability within your Full-Stack chapter. You will provide strategic and technical leadership in document capture, workflow, and content management, ensuring the team delivers efficient and scalable solutions. Bringing deep domain expertise, you will coach, mentor, and develop your chapter members, fostering capabilities across business process automation and system integration.
What you'll do
* Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction and best practices
* Recruit, mentor and retain Chapter members supporting career growth and performance management
* Drive team performance to meet strategic goals, targets, and budget requirements
* Enable continuous delivery and automation practices to enhance delivery speed and efficiency
* Works with cross functional team members to deliver low latency platforms and services
* Provide ongoing support for platforms as required e.g. problem and incident management
What you'll bring
* 8+ years in technology, including 4+ years in leadership roles
* Proven ability to develop, coach, and engage technology professionals
* Experience with cloud development, including AWS/Lamdba
* Solid understanding of TDD, including JUnit and mocking frameworks
* Knowledge of CI/CD best practices (Gradle/Maven, Jenkins) and version control (Git)
