**Your new role**
Reporting to the CFO, as Operations and Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for integrating the supply chain, production and logistics functions with a focus on leading continuous improvement and driving efficiencies. With a strong focus on cost management and best practice, your role will include:
- Strategic enhancement of the supply chain operations
- Management of the production teams
- Management of quality standards across both production and logistics
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Management of the warehousing and transportation processes
- Health and safety
- Financial operational reporting.
**What you'll need to succeed**
A strong leader with excellent communication and people skills, to be considered for this role you will hold qualifications in operations or supply chain management and are also able to demonstrate:
- Strong commercial acumen
- High level analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Operational experience within the manufacturing industry
- A focus on continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing
- Knowledge of and experience with international export
- A focus on achieving efficiencies and positive outcomes.
