Client Relations Specialist Position
About the Role:
The Client Relations Specialist works with the Account Manager to provide a professional point of contact to clients. Responsibilities include delivering timely responses to queries, handling escalated matters, producing reports and maintaining client satisfaction by responding promptly to information requests and resolving issues.

* Prepared detailed formal reports as required
