The Position:
Superb opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager, Assistant Centre Manager or Retail Property Manager to work across 4 successful shopping centres across South East QLD for a leading retail property management provider
* Retail Manager - Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
* Shopping centres based in the Northern, Southern and Western areas of SEQ
* Remote/Hybrid/Onsite - Onsite
* When - Friday 9th January 2026, ongoing position (start date may be negotiable)
* Duties - All administrative duties including leases, abatements, bank guarantees and fostering excellent relationships with tenants whilst working closely with the Centre Managers to ensure the smooth running of 4 assets
* Software/s - Vision/MRI - they can teach this software if you have not used it previously
* Days/Hours - Mon - Fri
* Parking - Onsite parking provided
The Ideal Candidate:
All candidates with experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Centre Manager or Retail Property Manager will be considered.
* Excellent communication & administration skills
* Strong financial acumen
* Excellent time management
* Professionally presented, reliable and with a personable nature
* Must have QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License; applicants without this certification unfortunately cannot be considered
