Delkon is looking for carpenters with experience in large-scale residential carpentry and/or Staircase and Woodworking skills to join our team
Qualifications and Experience:
Extensive background in carpentry with a demonstrated successful history in residential construction.
Proven aptitude for leadership and team management.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members including apprentices and carpenters.
Participation in planning and identifying training required.
Thorough grasp of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and construction-related risk management protocols.
Must be resourceful and reliable.
Valid driver's license.
Valid White Card, Asbestos Awareness, and Silica Awareness certifications.
Certificate III in Carpentry.
