**Job Title:** Service Technician
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the company's success by delivering top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities include servicing and repairing material handling equipment, performing routine maintenance, and completing service work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver exceptional customer service while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks
* Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base
* Utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to assist with daily work scheduling
* Maintain accurate service records and deliver professional-level service
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess demonstrated mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and good communication and customer service skills.
