An opportunity exists for a Head of Special Education Services (HOSES) to lead Rainworth State Schools team of passionate, highly effective Inclusion Teachers.
As Head of Special Education Services, you will be a member of the Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction and agenda of the school, as well as lead and organise the School Support Team.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:
* Leading case management of students who require substantial or extensive adjustments including:
* NCCD coordination and data collection for these students
* Working closely with Inclusion and classroom teachers to plan and implement effective, reasonable adjustments for students with a disability, both in the classroom and at excursions, incursions, sport and camps
* Coordinating and providing intensive targeted teaching for students who require intervention, promoting a culture of inclusive practices
* Leading transition planning
* Coordinating and timetabling of programs which align with our Strategic Plan
* Work closely with the Principal, Inclusion teachers, budgeting and deployment and supervision of our skilled team of highly capable and dedicated Teacher Aides.
