About the Role:
* Assist with administrative tasks related to Aquatic Programs;
* Manage schedules for Swim Instructors and Schools visiting Aquamoves;
* Provide exceptional customer service to members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process member enrolments for swimming lessons;
2. Coordinate scheduling activities for Schools visiting Aquamoves;
3. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a dynamic team environment;
* Experience in administration or a related field is preferred.
