An excellent opportunity exists for highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service professionals to join our Library team.
In this role, you will provide high-level customer service to members of the community, Council staff, and fellow Library staff through the delivery of quality library services. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive library environment for people of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to library users
* Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
* Support the day-to-day operations of the library
* Engage with community members of all ages in a helpful and respectful manner
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated commitment to and enthusiasm for customer service
* A current Working with Children Check
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people of all ages
* A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A current Driver's Licence
* A current National Police Check
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
* Previous library skills & experience (desirable)
