**Berry Streets Child, Youth and Family Services Team has partnered with Mindful, The University of Melbourne to provide support across a new online initiative by the Victorian Government called Tuning in Online Program. (TOP) is a parenting program that will be delivered to parents of children aged 0-11 years old with challenging behaviours and supporting those with greater needs.**:
**Together with our TOP worker, we will provide comprehensive support for the online program by calling parents who have co**mpleted the first stage, creating pathways for relevant resources and providing referrals to community agencies that can give parents the support they require.**:
**Core responsibilities**:
- **Providing Parents with warm, responsive and accurate information about relevant resources, agencies and programs.**:
- **Actively listening to feedback about the online program and identifying the need for additional support services.**:
- ** Preparing reports based on considered outcomes and channelling feedback where applicable.**:
- **Promote TOP to primary, secondary and tertiary health and mental health services.**

**This role is part-time (2 days a week) offering an annual salary of $96,962.32 pro rata.**
**Based in Berry Street’s Morwell office on Gunai Kurnai Country with the flexibility to work from home.**
