The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading clients through their onboarding phase of the customer journey. The role will be critical in aligning our platform with the unique objectives of each client, and ensuring a seamless go-live experience, all while focusing on best practice and maximising value through platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- End to End Onboarding: Managing all phases of the onboarding process, from requirements gathering and solution configuration to deployment and handover to Customer Success.
- Product Expertise and Engagement: Acting as a trusted advisor, engaging customers in discussions around their business needs and demonstrating how our platform features align with their objectives.
- Project Status Reporting: Communicating progress, milestones, and potential challenges to the Implementation Lead and other stakeholders, maintaining transparency and efficiency.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conducting platform demonstrations and tailoring training sessions to empower users, promoting platform proficiency and adoption.
- Feedback Loop to Product: Capturing and relaying customer insights to our Product Team, helping shape product improvements based on real-world use cases.
Selection Criteria
- Organisational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven skills in coordinating implementations with attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at capturing and prioritising client requirements, ensuring that their needs are effectively addressed.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to a range of audiences.
- Team-oriented Influence: A natural team player who can motivate, build rapport, and foster goodwill with clients and colleagues alike.
- SaaS Experience: Prior experience within SaaS in onboarding, implementation or customer success related roles.
- Technical Proficiency: The ability to think creatively, troubleshoot and support custom configurations
- Project Management Knowledge: The ability to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Non-essential: Experience within the Construction or Construction-tech industry is a bonus
