Experienced Property Manager – End-to-End Portfolio Management

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a fully maintained company vehicle? We're seeking a confident and capable professional to manage an established portfolio across Warragul and surrounding regions, including travel to Bairnsdale and Melbourne as required.
This is an end-to-end property management role, offering flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a supportive team. Must be confident & comfortable with a lot of driving.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
* Leasing, tenant screening and onboarding
* Routine inspections and condition reports
* Maintenance coordination and contractor management
* Rental arrears management
* Tribunal preparation and attendance (as required)
* Owner communication and portfolio growth opportunities
Travel to Bairnsdale and Melbourne will be required periodically, with a fully maintained company car provided for work use.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in end-to-end property management
* VIC Agent's Representative Certificate (or higher qualification)
* Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
* Current driver's licence
