As part of our team your role is to work closely with the CEO and Plastic Surgeon to ensure our practice operates in an efficient manner.
We are seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator Full time.
This is a consultative, patient-facing position combining education, coordination, and relationship management within a professional clinical environment.

What You'll Be Doing
· Conduct patient consultations to understand goals and suitability for procedure
· Educate patients on procedures, recovery, and expected outcomes
· Prepare and present clear, accurate treatment quotes
· Surgical scheduling for hospitals
· Guide patients on post-operative garment selection, and ordering of such.
· Maintain accurate patient records and manage the patient journey pipeline
· Provide ongoing support before and after procedures

What We're Looking For
· Experience in medical administration or specialist medical practices
· Background in plastic surgery treatment coordinator, healthcare sales consultant, or consultative sales advisor
· Experience in hospitality involving client service, quoting, or bookings
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Confidence discussing treatment plans and fees
· Excellent organisation and attention to detail
