We are seeking a capable and motivated Segment Sales Executive with 5–8 years of experience in sales, account management or customer engagement—ideally within the energy, technology, electrical industry or utilities sector. This mid-level role plays a key part in supporting Secure's growth across Australia and New Zealand by strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and contributing to a motivated and high-performing Australian sales team. Your contribution will help maintain a positive team culture built on collaboration, accountability and shared team success.
What You'll Do
* To build professional relationships with identified customers to create growth in Secure business throughout ANZ
* Effectively promote Secure's diverse portfolio of products and services to the Australian customers.
* Interact with energy market participants and commercial and industrial customers to identify potential opportunities and present them to key stakeholders. Contribute-to and maintain the sales budget and projections as required
* Keep management informed about the activities and results by submitting detailed reports
* Develop productive interactions and communication with internal and external stakeholders of Secure Meters, ensuring smooth engagement and progress updates.
* To manage business processes including forecasting, CRM, customer enquiry, quotations, sales orders and follow up.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in engineering OR equivalent studies and/or experience
* 4 to 8 years of similar industry sales experience in customer facing role including technical sales experience.
* Strong relationship and strategic selling skills
* Willingness to travel regionally
* Revenue generation skills of sales by successful negotiation and closing deals.
* Special knowledge/skills – Selling Electricity products / Energy markets in Australia.
