Client Advisor Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Advisor.
The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing client appointments, processing payments, promoting products and services, conducting membership consults, and providing administrative support to the leadership and clinical team.
* Coordinate client appointments and manage electronic clinic diary effectively.
* Process client payments efficiently.
* Promote Kieser's products and services through various channels.
* Conduct membership consults to understand client needs.
* Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team.
* Answer questions and resolve problems for clients and team members.

Requirements
* Valid working rights in Australia.
* First Aid & CPR Certification.
* National Police Check.
