Mystery Shoppers – Clubs & Restaurants (Casual Contract Work)
We’re seeking reliable, detail‑focused mystery shoppers to complete evaluations of Registered Clubs and restaurants in the Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter, Wollongong and Canberra regions. If you enjoy dining out and have an eye for detail, this role combines both.
About the role
* Visit clubs and hospitality venues and follow a detailed brief for each assignment.
* Assess areas such as foyer/reception, bars, bistros, gaming, coffee shops, restrooms and telephone enquiries.
* Complete structured online reports with numerical ratings and clear, objective written comments.
* Each assignment involves time on‑site plus additional time to complete a thorough report.
* Work is casual/contract and best suited to those seeking extra income rather than full‑time hours.

Who we’re looking for
* Strong written English – able to write clear, grammatically correct, objective comments.
* Excellent observation skills and attention to detail – you notice staff behaviour, timing, cleanliness and procedures.
* Reliable and organised – you follow written instructions accurately and meet strict deadlines.
* Comfortable in club environments – some assignments include poker machines, TAB and Keno areas.
* Professional, discreet manner – able to pose as a regular guest while remaining observant.
Requirements
* 18 years or older.
* ABN required (applications without an ABN or a clear intention to obtain one will not be considered).
* Reliable internet and computer access (all reports are submitted online).
* Transport access to venues in your chosen region.
