Join us as a Recipient Engagement Program Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to move forward with a Cochlear hearing solution.As a Recipient Engagement Program Manager, you will lead the recruitment, training, and engagement of recipient program members, ensuring their confidence in advocating for Cochlear hearing solutions. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop impactful resources and initiatives that increase engagement while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize program effectiveness.This dynamic position requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of sales, marketing, and business processes. You will work closely with volunteers, organize events, and drive initiatives that enhance candidate experience and overall program success. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and support recipient program members through communication, training, and scheduled activities.Organize orientation sessions to prepare volunteers for their roles.Coordinate volunteer schedules for mentoring, marketing initiatives, and events.Develop strategies to recruit, train, and retain recipient program members.Plan and execute recipient engagement initiatives in alignment with sales and marketing strategies.Collaborate with Marketing to create assets that support recipient engagement and program lifecycle.Work closely with Sales and Engagement Teams to maximize program impact and mobilization.Communicate the value proposition of recipient engagement initiatives to internal stakeholders.Track program metrics, analyze data, and continuously refine strategies for improvement.Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory guidelines.Prepare reports and presentations on recipient engagement program performance. To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Minimum Requirements:Experience working with or managing volunteers and engagement programs.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to adjust messaging to fit diverse audiences and demographics.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM platforms, web-based applications, and social media.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and organizational levels. Desired Skills:Experience in project management and program development.Background in designing and delivering training programs for external stakeholders.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Experience in brand advocacy and engagement strategy.Education:Bachelor's degree preferred.
