**Your tasks**:
- About the role
- Pre-delivery inspection of new equipment
- Booking of incoming customer equipment as part of service jobs processes. This mainly includes but not limited to: receiving, unpacking and booking-in instruments in ERP system
- Demo equipment management, maintenance, record keeping and logistics
- Documenting all support and performed tasks in details with assigned tools
- Using daily work schedules to appropriately factor volume, priority, customer expectations, and company goals into decision making processes
- Warehousing inventory recording, receiving, picking and dispatch of goods as per the delivery note
- Other Warehouse support when required

- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills including ERP system, MS Excel and MS Word
- Self directed
- Detail oriented and able to prioritise tasks
- Good communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers
