Responsibilities:
* Identify targeted audiences and stakeholders
* Design and deliver cyber security awareness campaigns, training programs and educational content tailored for diverse audiences
* Coordinate and lead outreach activities including workshops, webinars and community events to promote cyber hygiene and best practices
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach programs are delivered across various mediums
* Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and implement improvements
* Translate complex cyber risks, trends, and technologies into accessible messages that support stakeholders to understand their cyber security risks.
Skills:
* Minimum of five years’ experience in cyber security
* Experience in Australian Government organisations
* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. This includes understanding of common threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies
* Experience in developing and delivering cyber security outreach programs
Desirable Skills:
* Graphic design or multimedia content creation
* Experience with Performance and Learning Management systems
* Knowledge in behavioural change models and adult learning principles
