Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care on a part-time basis. This position is in the surgical ward, covering cases that mix across general surgery, urology, colorectal, and gynaecological specialties.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care, liaising with the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring patient and staff safety, and supervising and guiding nursing team members.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on the needs of each individual
* Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
* Supervise and guide nursing team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science (Nursing) degree or equivalent
* Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
* 1-2 years' experience in surgical nursing, preferably in a similar specialty
* Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
