Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for you as a People & Culture Advisor to join the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office (CSO) People & Culture team. As a key HR partner to managers and employees, you will provide accurate and timely advice and support in the management and resolution of operational people's matters.
Responsibilities
* Stay up-to-date with public sector and CSO policies and procedures.
* Manage the CSO establishment and respond to queries regarding the full employee lifecycle.
* Partner with the CSO's payroll shared services provider; monitor employee data; ensure compliance with legislation, policies and guidelines.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent relevant experience.

* Experience using HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors).
* Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.

Employment Details
* Work type: Temporary up to 18 months (commencing December 2025).
* Hours: 21 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Job-share arrangement.
* Location: Crown Solicitor's Office, 60-70 Elizabeth Street, Sydney; relocating to Parkline Place, 252 Pitt Street, Sydney in July 2026.
* Classification: Clerk Grade 5/6. Salary: $99,938 to $110,271 p.a. pro-rata (excludes employer's superannuation and annualised leave loading).
