About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage general office administration, emails, calls, and document control
* Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and provide team support
* Maintain internal systems, records, and supplier/client communications
* Process accounts payable and receivable
* Generate invoices for clients
* Work closely with Accountant to maintain financial accuracy
* Use Xero to manage day-to-day transactions and reporting
* Support the projects team with documentation and progress reporting
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timelines and materials are on track
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an Office Manager or Admin All-Rounder role, ideally within the trades, construction, or similar environment
* Proficient in Xero and Simpro - essential
