**THE ROLE**
We are searching for the best of the best
**Bartender** that can take the reins and comfortably guide our guests through the Yugen experience.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Valid RSA and previous experience in a bistro & bar or restaurant.
- Strong spirits, cocktail and beverage knowledge from classics to custom designed drinks.
- Basic wine knowledge is preferable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding sequence of service.
