* Salary: $134,981 – $144,149 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
Lead coordinated, high‑impact relationships that support Western's Group Entities.
The Opportunity
The Group Entities Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening coordination, alignment, and performance across Western Sydney University's onshore and offshore entities. You will foster cohesion across multiple stakeholders, ensuring that each entity contributes effectively to the University's strategic intent.
You will deliver a structured approach to relationship management, supporting entity operations through clear communication, timely engagement, and well‑governed service delivery. A core focus of this role is the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Service Level Agreements, including the monitoring of KPIs and service metrics to ensure high standards of performance.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will coordinate projects, track milestones, anticipate issues, and prepare high‑quality executive reports that enable informed decision‑making. This role suits someone who thrives in complex environments and who brings confidence, diplomacy, and strong analytical capability.
What Success Looks Like:
* Coordinated engagement across Group Entities that aligns with the University's Strategic Plan.
* Clear, consistent, and professional communication between entities, business units, and external partners.
* Effective lifecycle management of SLAs including development, negotiation, implementation, monitoring, and performance assessment.
* Timely tracking of project progress and delivery of accurate reporting for senior executives.
* Strong, constructive relationships with key stakeholders resulting in improved collaboration and issue resolution.

About You
* Tertiary qualifications in business, management or related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
* Proven capability in relationship management across complex, multi‑entity environments.
* Expertise in Service Level Agreement development, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, governance, and risk management.
* Advanced communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, with an ability to engage effectively with senior executives and external partners.
