This is an excellent opportunity for a medical receptionist to join our admin team on a part time / casual basis, with a view to a more permanent position in the future. This position would suit someone with excellent customer service who is accustomed to working in a busy administrative environment.
Our practice staff, including practitioners and admin team, pride themselves on delivering nothing short of the highest standard of patient centred care. This begins and ends with the admin team and accordingly we are looking for someone who shares their passion for excellence in customer service and continuity of care.
You will work within a team of administration staff and report directly to the office manager and clinic director. Your responsibilities involve, but are not limited to, providing our patients with the highest quality customer service, answering telephone calls, making and confirming appointments, attending to patient enquiries, billing and receipting, entering patient details into medical software, cleaning and other general administrative duties. You will also provide administrative support to other practitioners of the clinic including allied health staff.
The successful applicant would possess the following:

* strong attention to detail
* ability to work in a busy environment and multi task
* work both autonomously and within a team
* have flexibility with shifts covering opening, closing and weekends where required
* permanent residency or Australian citizenship
