Sonya Moda is a growing Australian fashion brand known for its feminine silhouettes and elevated resort wear. With global customers and leading wholesale partners, the brand continues to expand internationally.
We are seeking a highly organised E-commerce & Operations Coordinator to work closely with the founder and support the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across e-commerce, logistics and fashion operations in a fast-moving environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Inventory
* Assist with stock tracking and inventory management
* Coordinate packing lists for US shipments with our freight forwarder and our USA 3PL
* Conduct stock counts and prepare stock for launches and deliveries
Production & Business Support
* Assist the founder with production timelines
* Coordinate incoming shipments and samples between Australia and the US
* Support logistics and operational tasks as the business grows
E-commerce & Shopify
* Manage online orders through Shopify
* Pack and dispatch e-commerce orders
* Process returns, exchanges and gift cards
* Assist with product and inventory updates in Shopify
* Prepare and ship wholesale orders for retail partners including Myer and The Iconic
* Steam and prepare garments for dispatch
* Maintain organised stock and packing areas
About You
* Strong attention to detail
* Shopify experience preferred
* Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce and operations
* Highly organised and proactive
