Lead a Sales Team in the Federal Government
We're seeking an accomplished and strategic sales leader to head up our federal public sector business in Australia. As the RVP, you'll lead a team of high-performing account executives and work closely with internal stakeholders to deepen our impact and presence across departments and agencies.
You will serve as a trusted partner to public sector leaders, understanding their priorities and aligning our technology to support mission-critical outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading and growing a team of account executives, developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, and fostering executive-level relationships with government decision-makers.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in a 2nd-line sales leadership role, ideally within enterprise SaaS or cloud technology. You'll have a deep understanding of the Australian Federal Government, including procurement processes, priorities, and public sector engagement, with established and senior government relationships.
Experience leading teams selling complex, transformational technology solutions to regulated or government sectors is essential. You'll be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive both long-term vision and immediate execution, with exceptional leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
