**Key Responsibilities:**
* Nursing care delivery including IV medications, drain management, wound care, and phone-based patient support
* Managing patient lists, providing timely assessments, and on-the-spot clinical interventions
* Collaborating with medical staff, communicating effectively with colleagues, and coordinating safe, seamless care
* Advocating for patients and families, providing clarity, reassurance, and expert clinical guidance
* Maintaining accurate documentation, escalating concerns, and updating care plans
* Using strong clinical judgment to problem-solve, manage risk, and support patients with complex needs
**Requirements:**
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Eligibility to drive in NSW
