Prepare, plan and coordinate the complex work schedules of the High Voltage test team, to ensure the delivery of the Various work programs.
Your Role in Action
* Make effective use of Western Power's systems.
* Coordinate resources to meet planed schedule.
* Ensure all documentation required is available at commencement of each job.
* Liaise with Stakeholders and customers to meet project requirements and allocate labour resources appropriately.
* Prepare reports on estimated and actual works/KPI for review by Team Leader.
* Prepare and review administrative procedures for works.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for performance improvement from analytical data i.e. High risk areas and hotspots.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* Must possess relevant industry qualifications.
* Strong scheduling skills and experience built up over at least 5 - 6 + years.
* Flexible working arrangements.
* Best practices in the area of contract management is essential.
* Strong experience in data analysis and report writing is required.
* A sound knowledge of networks construction, maintenance and operations field practices.
* Best practice experience in the areas of project highly desirable.
* Strong experience in MS Office, WSMS, MIMS/Ellipse and scheduling/work management systems is desirable.
