The Position
Oversee daily catering operations and assist in service delivery
Lead, motivate, and support a small team to ensure high standards of food presentation and customer service
Assist with food preparation and service as required
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor stock levels, control costs, and minimise wastage
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
The Person
Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
Previous experience in a catering, supervisory, or team leader role (education environment advantageous)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confident using POS systems and handling cash
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to train and develop others
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Current RSA
