About The Role
We are seeking experienced Test Analysts to join a large program of work in In this role, you will:
* Review requirements and specifications, defining test conditions.
* Design test cases and test scripts under your own direction, ensuring alignment with pre-determined criteria.
* Record and report test outcomes with accuracy and clarity.
* Analyse and report on test activities and results.
* Identify and escalate issues and risks associated with your work.
* Support the implementation of test automation strategies and targets across program(s) of work.

You'll Thrive In This Role If You
* Have strong experience in software testing and test automation.
* Are proactive in identifying risks and issues.
* Enjoy coaching and mentoring colleagues to build capability.
* Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
* Have familiarity with mainframe environments (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS) — not essential, but highly advantageous given the legacy systems.
Key Requirements
* Ability to work on-site in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Canberra (4 days per week).
* Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain the required clearance.
