We are seeking talented product designers to work on the Trilogy Care Portal and other digital applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with product managers, frontend and backend engineers to on complex software development projects. This is a full time, hybrid role, working in office and from home.

What You'll Do

* Conduct user research and solution validation with guidance, applying insights to inform user- and business-focused design decisions
* Create design deliverables such as JTBD, UX scorecards, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to solve real user problems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate UX outcomes clearly and simplify complex concepts
* Identify and address usability issues, iterating designs based on feedback and data
* Contribute to the design system by maintaining consistent, reusable components in prototyping tools
* Support stakeholders with UI copy and documentation, and participate in constructive design reviews
* Recognise and help resolve UX debt, with input from senior designers or your manager
* Use tools and AI to optimise your workflow and collaborate effectively with the broader Trilogy Care design community

What You'll Bring

* Experience in a design-related role, ideally as a product designer, with a strong foundation in usability, interaction design, and mobile application design.
* Solid understanding of design systems, and hands-on use of modern design and collaboration tools.
* Comfortable leading or participating in workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder engagement in both group and 1:1 settings.
* Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suited to a hybrid and largely asynchronous work environment.
* Ability to clearly articulate complex problems and propose practical, iterative solutions, building consensus across teams.
* Comfortable in fast-paced, agile, and highly iterative software development environments.
* Organised, self-driven, and capable of long-term integration within a team.
