Courtney Brands is looking for a
Marketing Design Lead
to join our
in-house marketing team
. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role
for a designer who understands marketing, performance, and brand consistency — not just aesthetics.
You'll work across two established consumer brands — Hippo Blue and Popic — ensuring strong brand distinction while maintaining consistent design standards. This role is responsible for the design execution across email marketing (Klaviyo), paid media, organic social, website & eCommerce, and provides day-to-day creative direction and quality oversight for offshore designers.
This is not a purely conceptual role and not a junior position. You'll be expected to design at pace, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of how our brands show up visually across every customer touchpoint.
What you'll be responsible for
* Designing high-performing EDMs, paid ads, social assets, website and eCommerce creative
* Owning visual UI consistency across websites, pop-ups and campaign integrations
* Designing platform-specific paid media creative for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google
* Providing creative direction, briefing and quality review for offshore designers
* Leading creative execution for photo and video assets (including overlays, styling and visual direction)
* Provide creative direction for photo and video assets, including overlays, styling and visual treatments, and support campaign shoots in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
* Working closely with the Marketing Manager and digital team to design with performance data in mind
* Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, style guides and marketing templates
