We are seeking an Embedded Escalation Engineer to provide engineering support for Azure Databricks.
* Leading investigations to resolve customer issues;

Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science and extensive experience in technical support roles. The position requires weekend shifts and on-call rotation. Regular working hours are 35-40 hours per week.
The selected candidate will work with a team of skilled engineers and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for customers. As an escalation engineer, you will troubleshoot complex issues, develop automated tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
