Key Responsibilities
* Direct daily restaurant operations and maintain quality standards.

Requirements
* Hold relevant qualifications in hospitality, cookery or similar with a diploma level or equivalent experience (3+ years).
* Prior employment in hospitality management or a similar role with at least 12 months full time (or part time equivalent).
* Exhibit strong financial and commercial acumen, identifying sales and P&L opportunities and collaborating on actionable strategies with the team.
* Demonstrate previous success in meeting key performance indicators.
* Show a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
