Your new role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT user support and basic administration across business applications, end-user computing, and related technologies. Reporting to the Assistant Director - IT Support, you'll contribute to service delivery, issue resolution, and knowledge management, while also supporting broader technology and service management functions across the agency.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in IT Support, User Support, or Customer Service
* Ability to work independently and manage workflows effectively
* Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Cloud and Microsoft Suites
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in IT or Business (desirable)
