Reporting to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer and Clinical Lead, you will deliver culturally safe, patient-focused, and evidence-based healthcare.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to shaping Carbal's high-performing, community-led medical model.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing high-quality, evidence-based primary health care services Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions Delivering culturally safe and trauma-informed care to a diverse patient population Participating in preventative health programs and health promotion Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, Aboriginal Health Workers, and Allied Health Supporting care continuity and integrated care pathways Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives For fellowship-qualified GPs: supervise registrars and contribute to the growth of training programs.
