We are equipped to perform procedures ranging from orthopedics and arthroscopes to advanced diagnostic imaging and all routine procedures. Our veterinary team has special interests in surgery, cardiology, dermatology, and emergency, and our nursing team has a combined experience of over 80 years.
The Role
We are looking for a superstar receptionist to join our team on a Part-Time, maternity cover basis. This role will see you:
1. Dealing with client enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
2. Managing the appointment schedule
3. Processing payments & balancing end of day takings
4. Providing administration support to our team of Veterinarians and Nurses
5. Client education and product sales
6. No weekends and no after hours
7. Experience is a must.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has:
1. Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner
2. High standards of care to our clients and patients
3. Mature and professional when dealing with clients
4. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
5. Ability to use initiative, working in a team and independently when required
