Job Description:
This position involves coordinating various HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will work closely with departmental managers to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that align with our organizational goals.
You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years' experience in HR, administration, or compliance support roles.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Understanding of employment legislation and confidentiality requirements.
* Experience in recruitment coordination, record-keeping, and HR systems (preferred).
