About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing clean-tech business that’s disrupting the temporary power market.

As the Melbourne-based Regional Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving the adoption of battery-powered solutions across key construction and electrical contracting sectors.

You’ll combine a solid hunter mindset with strategic thinking to build a network of customers and deliver commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a sales pipeline targeting building, construction, and electrical contractors in Greater Melbourne.
- Identify and win new business through lead generation, cold-calling, networking, and market research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to proposal, contract execution, and customer handover.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop customer proposals and ensure seamless operational delivery.
- Maintain detailed activity and opportunity records in CRM systems and report weekly on progress against sales targets.
Skills & Experience:

- Experience in lead generation / business development roles, ideally in but not limited to construction, power, or clean-tech.
- Demonstrated success in building and converting a new business pipeline from the ground up.
- Strong network across Melbourne's construction and electrical services sectors is a bonus
- Professional, articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proactive, self-directed, and driven to meet and exceed defined KPIs.
- Passionate about the clean energy sector.
