This position supports the legal team in their daily operations by providing high-level administrative assistance, preparing documents and correspondence, managing diaries, and dealing with clients professionally.
The role involves a mix of administrative tasks including greeting clients, answering phone calls, data entry, and diary management. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritise work, and maintain accuracy while working independently or as part of a team.
About You
* We are seeking an experienced secretary with a strong background in office administration, preferably in a legal environment.
* Demonstrated experience in preparation of legal documentation and correspondence is highly desirable.
* Sound communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with clients sensitively and professionally.
* A high level of computer literacy and accuracy with attention to detail is essential for this role.
* Diary management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
* Accuracy and high level of data entry.
