WHAT ARE WE OFFERING
This role offers an opportunity to step into a senior clinical leadership position within the Childrens Health and Development (CHAD) program at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN). As the CHAD Team Leader you will provide professional and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering community‐based child health and development services across a range of service models.
You will play a key role in shaping contemporary models of care, strengthening service quality and safety, and fostering a positive high‐performing team culture. Working closely with allied health professionals, managers and key stakeholders you will contribute to service integration, workforce development and operational planning as part of the Community & Allied Health leadership team, ensuring services remain responsive to community needs and aligned with organisational priorities.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
* Provide clinical and professional leadership to a multidisciplinary CHAD team in community health settings.
* Lead operational management including service monitoring, data collection, evaluation and quality improvement activities.
* Support the development and implementation of contemporary efficient models of care.
* Address practice and policy alignment to ensure safe, consistent and high‐quality service delivery.
* Contribute to program planning, workforce development and service integration across Community & Allied Health.
