About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in a career in property sales. Working closely with your Sales Professionals, you will take an active part in supporting across all stages of the sales process and throughout the customer's journey.
This full time, permanent position is 5 days per week (including weekends) with allocated days off during the week. The role offers a competitive salary package (base and super) and the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses and commission.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all sales and after‐sales inquiries, providing initial guidance before passing them on to your Sales Professionals;
- Deliver outstanding customer service to everyone who engages with Stockland;
- Keep potential home buyers informed about recent releases, home designs, events and promotions;
- Maintain and update sales systems, processes and procedures;
Qualifications and experience
- Solid background in customer service, with experience in sales support and/or administrative capacity within real estate, property development, home builders, retail or hospitality, where daily face‐to‐face customer interactions are a key part of your role;
- Proficiency in delivering high‐quality administrative tasks and being tech‐savvy;
- Strong organisational skills, effective time management and the ability to demonstrate initiative;
- Ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders;
- Motivation to work independently or as part of a team;
- Own reliable transport and a full driver's licence to commute to/from work;
