**Job Summary**
We are seeking a new receptionist to complement our amazing Reception Team at Ocean Wave Medical. As the face of the business, you must bring professionalism and a happy disposition, to make our busy practice run smoothly. GP Medical Experience is preferred, and experience with Best Practice would be ideal. Offering 3 days a week with possibility of more, with rotating Saturday morning (only 5hrs once a month).
Greeting our lovely patients, answering phones, making appointments, billing and supporting our wonderful doctors and nurses.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Prefer General Practice Receptionist Experience, preferably using Best Practice.
Must be Vaccinated to work in Health Care as per Health guidelines, proof of vaccination will be required. Current CPR/BLS is highly recommended.
Mixed Billing experience.
Fast pace environment, able to work as part of a team or solo on weekends.

Must be available for any of our shifts. Earliest start is 7.30am, latest finish is 5.15pm.

Ocean Wave Medical in Caloundra has 8 Doctors, Clinical Psychologist plus a team of allied health on two sites including Podiatrist, Dietitian, Denture Clinic, Diabetic Educator and QML Pathology all on site.
