Supervisor / Estimator – Insurance Repairs
Location: Rockhampton QLD or Townsville
Salary: $130,000 plus super + Vehicle + Benefits
About the Role
Join a growing team in the building and insurance repair sector. We’re seeking an experienced Building Assessor / Estimator to manage assessments, prepare accurate scopes, and deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
* Conduct on-site assessments for insurance-related building repairs.
* Prepare detailed scopes of work and accurate cost estimates.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Identify variations and manage documentation for compliance.
* Support project managers with technical advice and quality assurance.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in building assessment or estimating within insurance repairs or construction.
* Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate scopes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.
