About the Role:
* Providing advanced chairside assistance across a range of procedures
* Overseeing sterilisation processes and maintaining strict infection control standards
* Preparing, coordinating, and managing treatment rooms efficiently
* Supporting and optimising patient flow throughout the day
* Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive team environment
* Delivering high-level clinical and general practice support
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally at a senior level
* Implant and/or surgical assisting experience highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on teamwork
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
* Reliable, punctual, and confident in stepping up to support the team when needed
