Nuclear Medicine Modality Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nuclear Medicine professional to lead our team.
* Manage and coordinate the Nuclear Medicine department.
* Oversee the installation and operation of new PET machines.
* E nsure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
* Lead and mentor a team of Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive patient care.
About This Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Nuclear Medicine department, including staff supervision, budget management, and quality control.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
* Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by regulatory bodies.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Requirements:
* A degree in Nuclear Medicine or a related field.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within Nuclear Medicine.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
